Why listening?
We all have a longing and need to be fully heard
How long has it been since you had the opportunity to speak and talk about what is on your mind, without risk of hurting someone or receiving judgements or being interrupted?
Active Listening is powerful and is increasingly being recognised as a form of well-being support that has a place alongside all other forms of well-being response and individual support.
Life throws us many difficulties and we experience times of struggle and anxiety, and I have seen how powerful active listening can be and seen it positively transform lives.
An Active Listener can also help mediate in times of communication misunderstandings and conflict resolution, as a way to help those involved speak and feel heard.
You will not necessarily need lots of sessions. Sometimes you can see your way forward with as little as 1 session.
